Stuffed peppers and tomatoes must rank right there at the top of the list of Greek foods. The stuffing is made of rice and herbs, mainly dill and spearmint, and the baked peppers and tomatoes combine exceptionally well with yogurt or feta. This dish also accompanies fish very well. The dish is visually striking before it is put in the oven. These were cooked with Villa Mirovili oil to bring out the outstanding flavors of the herbs and the vegetables.
